Tatum JelinekDirector of Sales
Tatum Jelinek brings over ten years in the hospitality industry to Haute Catering. Tatum is well rounded
in all operations as she was formerly the general manger for two separate Haute accounts. She has a
bachelor degree in both Hospitality and Accounting and comes with a great deal of sales knowledge.
Tatum was part of the opening task force for Salamander Hotel and Resorts in 2013, which was the only
luxury resort to open in the United States that year. Tatum continued with Salamander Resort as the
Catering Director and produced over 2.8 million in sales. Ms. Jelinek left Salamander and continued her
sales experience with Equinox Restaurant in the DC metro area with James Beard, Chef Todd Gray as the Catering Sales Director. Tatum brings her knowledge as well as her exceptional customer service skills and extreme eye for detail to Haute Catering.
