As a vital part of Haute’s team, Ms. Outlaw has been instrumental in creating and developing the off-site catering department to deliver professional food catering services that will be a material factor in producing cost effectiveness, positive financial results, customer satisfaction and a positive public image. She is the brainpower and initiator of Haute’s cafe concepts. Ms. Outlaw leads the cafe ‘start up team’ and ensures everyone understands the vision and overall concept. Her career started in Food and Beverage in October 1995 with the Walt Disney World Company. She has worked in some of Walt Disney World’s top restaurants such as Cinderella Royal Table, The Hollywood Brown Derby and Artist Point. In addition to table service restaurants, Ms. Outlaw partnered with the Event Operations team to create, produce and execute spectacular events in the Magic Kingdom. With her vast experience and personal passion for excellence, she is a fundamental asset to Haute’s leadership team.
