What's Haute with Chef Doug!
At Haute we continue to strive to stay ahead of our client’s demands. We are strongly focusing on vegan, nut, soy, and gluten free menu items. Items that meet these classifications are no longer in the background. Entire events have tried to move toward items that are gluten free, vegan, vegetarian. Our culinary team is diverse and employs a vegan chef that has been and will continue to create fresh & innovative menus. Our own Chef Nina, pictured above, is our resident healthy cuisine specialist.
