Haute Catering prides itself on its green practices and passing those values along to our clients. This also often means passing along savings to our clients! Generally, seasonal and local ingredients are much easier to source and therefore more cost effective. Local ingredients are often harvested and distributed to consumers at their peak of freshness, and are a more sustainable alternative to conventional agricultural practices.
At Haute Catering, we create menus seasonally to ensure we are highlighting each season’s unique and fresh ingredients. Some of our favorite wintertime ingredients include squashes, chestnuts, sweet potato, root vegetables, leeks and pomegranates.
