Responsibilities include:

  • The overall management of unit food production, quality, food cost and labor.
  • Participate as a member of the Operations leadership team, managing the business to optimize food quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Determine all food and labor costs and achieve budgetary guidelines.
  • Responsible for the kitchen’s safe and sanitary food handling procedures.
  • The ability to multi task under pressure and the ability to establish a positive rapport with many types of personalities.
