Haute Catering is always searching for top talent in Culinary. We want individuals who are passionate about providing genuine heartfelt hospitality to our guests and employees. With Haute Catering, you will get to provide our customers with excellent food quality, in an attractive environment, and with professional service.

Responsibilities include:

  • The overall management of unit food production, quality, food cost and labor.
  • Participate as a member of the Operations leadership team, managing the business to optimize food quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Determine all food and labor costs and achieve budgetary guidelines.
  • Responsible for the kitchen’s safe and sanitary food handling procedures.
  • The ability to multi task under pressure and the ability to establish a positive rapport with many types of personalities.

Our Event Designers are responsible for proactively soliciting and managing catering-related business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals. We are interested in individuals with proven track record for understanding and keeping long term relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring business is turned over properly to Operations staff.
  • Submit orders in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
  • Determine all food and labor costs and achieve budgetary guidelines.
  • Supporting the service and relationship strategy.
  • Driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
